Restaurant and Bar We invite you to take a gastronomical walk through our kitchen where you will be able to select the dish of your predilection, which will be prepared with all the care and dedication destined to please the most demanding palate. More than a restaurant, our dining room is a cozy conventual vault that keeps for you pleasant moments, in the usual tradition and richness of our fine cuisine. In the Bar “El Cabildo” we offer a comfortable retreat so that you can enjoy your favorite drinks and appetizers. We have 128 rooms with a variety of qualities and spaces. Each one has a private bathroom, mini-bar, chimney (most of them), T.V., cable, telephone, hair dryer and safety deposit box. The following services are available for our guests every day: medical services, shoe shine, laundry, postal service, newspapers in specific areas, baggage storage, lost objects, ice, wake-up calls, voice mail and taxis.
